Hey all,

I took a break from blogging for a while. Okay, a long while. And now I am back. Sort of.

I have a very good reason to be away for so long.

I got engaged. I got busy with life. And then I got married.

We got engaged shortly after our trip to Oregon last year and since then, I have been busy with my day job, planning the wedding, quit my day job, started a new day job, and then quit that job because I don’t love it, and just living life and (as cliche as this sounds) I started looking for myself (career-wise). And then we got married around Labor Day weekend. I am in a really happy place right now being a Mrs. It still seems a bit surreal, but I am getting around to it slowly. I am not exactly sure what direction I will be taking my blog now that I am married and jobless. But my blog was never really about anything in particular except just to have fun & celebrate life, so I can continue to do that. As for the jobless situation, I am looking for something a little closer to home, and actively seeking out opportunities to work for myself as well.

I did check in to a few blogs but did not comment yet as I am doing this post rather quickly. I did notice that a lot changed in a year! Some blogs completely changed (as in rebranded completely!) And some changed just a bit. It’s going to take some time for me to get use to all these (wonderful) changes. I guess we’ve all moved on in life and I am really happy for you all too!

I may post some photos soon, but no promises. For now, I just want to let you know that I am back and I miss you guys!
