Coworker S took me here a few months ago. Really good and cheap pho noodle soups. He knows all the great places to go in the E.B.  So we went in one day at lunch and we both ordered a bowl of steamy Pho. So yummy. And S joked that with me, he can slurp his noodle soup without worry. Hahah.  Definitely a good sign that the food is good. 🙂
