2011 is (soon to be “was”) an amazing year. With much love and support from my love ones and friends, I checked off another few items off my seemingly endless “to-do” list (some I have blogged about and some I haven’t (yet))… I have even checked off experiences that I have not anticipated. Thank you for making that possible and for helping me stay spontaneous and eclectic!

From my short but restful vacations to extraordinary culinary adventures (food truck eats to star gourmet meals) with friends and love ones, I have so enjoyed those moments and want to THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for being there and sharing those moments with me (in person and/or with me through my food blog) this year. I appreciate you. Thank you again and again for being you…for being wonderful, inspiring, kind, and above all – Amazing!
