Vegetarian Noodle Soups at The Loving Hut are really good.  They have multiple branches all over the United States, and I recently tried some soups at the branch in San Francisco Shopping Centre and some other yummy dishes at their Chinatown branch (posting separately).

This is the spicy Pho Soup.

While this looks like a slice of beef, it’s not beef and it tastes really good.

That looks like tripe, but it isn’t.  It’s snow fungus or white tree fungus.  It’s kind of in that mushroom/ fungus family type of species.

This is tofu if you can believe it. Yum
