Golden Gate Bridge

Our view of the Golden Gate Bridge inside Crissy Fields (c)2010 foodtable, an eclectic blog about food & dining out

One saturday a few weeks ago, my friend Cindie drove from the Peninsula, and we went out for our health walk.

After our walk in Crissy Fields, we decided that we wanted to eat Thai food for lunch.

Although I have already wrote about a few Thai places in the city, I have yet to cover them all.

After a good drive through the Presidio where our paths were briefly joined by walkers doing the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, with signs like, “We Love Boobs” and “Go Team Boobs!”* we  crossed through Richmond District without incident, and finally arrived in the Sunset District.  Blessed by the parking gods, we found a great spot in a nearby lot within walking distance to the restaurant.

Here’s what we had on our recent visit:

  • Golden Triangles (Thai styled samosas)
  • Papaya Salad
  • Pad Thai
  • Garlic Calamari

All delicious.  One of my favorite dish here is the Garlic Calamari. And C loved the Pad Thai and Papaya Salad.  Next time, we will have to try their corn cakes, a very famous dish here at:
