I absolutely love tamales because they are filling and they are good. These are made of corn meal (polenta) and filled with either chicken or pork. There’s this really nice green sauce that goes with it and it is delicious and spicy, so thinking its a tomato sauce with lots of chile added. Served with a small side of chips and corn salsa, this tamales dish (pictured) is a full meal.
Crazy Observation: I had the Calistoga Lime Sparkling water and for some reason, its smell reminded me of dish detergent.
