I know it’s not Thanksgiving yet, but one can still be grateful…

So I have the privilege of participating in a chocolate tasting recently and it was one of those experience that really spoke to me…

Much like wine tastings where one enjoys the experience but also learn much about the wines, I left feeling more aware of the different options and possibilities about chocolates, chocolate-making process, and the people behind the chocolates.

I am thankful for the opportunities and the new experiences as they come into my life.
