I posted about my love for breakfast a couple of days ago. Yet, the sad truth is that I rarely get to eat breakfast due to my busy schedule.  One of the places I do enjoy getting breakfast to-go is Specialty’s.  This bakery’s been around for a while and they make consistently good sandwiches and is famous for their hot-out-of-the-oven cookies. Those cookies deserve their own post, so I will probably do that later, but right now, I want to draw your attention to their breakfast items. So delicious and fast.  I especially enjoy their vegetarian Quiché, hot sticky buns, and croissants.  With hot coffee, you can’t really go wrong.  Oh, one thing, most of their portions are huge, so I usually cut it in half and enjoy the other half for afternoon snack.
