Number One Bento Korean Food Cart serves great food and very satisfying portions. We got some food from this cart and something else from another food cart (that will be tomorrow’s post) and had it for lunch and dinner. The food cart (truck) scene in Portland is one of the best I have seen and we are so excited to try them all although to be honest, we are not even close to trying them all. It will probably take us a few more trips for that. Alas, I don’t have as much vacation time as I imagine I do, so it will probably be a while until we come back.
