This is probably one of the most romantic Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. And one of the most expensive. While I like that they try to decorate the place like the inside of an imperial palace, they need to update their bathrooms also. Also, that celebrity wall decked out with all those old photos from 1980s – 90s (Chuck Norries, Cindy Crawford, etc)… well, that also will need some new pictures to make it more relevant now. Otherwise, great service!!!
We had the Signature Dinner. The portions are quite small but beautifully presented.
Signature Dinner:
- Crispy Prawns
- Seafood Bisque
- Hot and Sour Soup
- Peking Duck
- Vegetable with Tofu
- Eggplant and Shrimp
- Dessert
My favorite would be the Seafood Bisque (beautifully presented in a coconut shell) and the Peking Duck (one piece served with the bun and Hoisin Sauce)
LIKE: Service, service, service, food, presentation
DON’T LIKE: NA
MIXED FEELINGS: Decor, it’s a tad dated
PRICE: $$$ $25 and up per entrée
East meets West!
What a fusion.
So which is your favourite?
The puff pastry looks quite yummy!
What’s inside it?
Lol, I knew I forgot to do something on this post..Like list out what those are in the picture. 🙂 I will update later. The puff pastry thing that looks yummy is their Signature Seafood Bisque in a coconut shell with puff pastry on top. It was quite yummy. 🙂
Everything looks delicious.
