So it’s Thursday… let’s loosen up with some newer music this week and ease your day into Friday and then the weekend. (Note: Not newest music) But I want to let you know that I don’t just like old songs…
First up, dance beat/clubby music from Havanna Brown, then a piece from Katy Perry, then David Archuletta, and finally, music that’s just a tad older, Ordinary Day by Vanessa Carlton and Come Away with me by Norah Jones.
Don’t forget – reblog Saturday. give that blog some LOVE please.
First up… [EXPLICIT] Not Safe For Work [NSFW] Lyrics (Only one line that’s explicit, but you know I have gotta warn you. Also not suitable if you are easily offended by the four letter word and under 18 (yeah, yeah, I know you know the word, but I am not responsible for corrupting you and you know which one. Don’t make me spell it out for ya because I won’t. Lol.)
Havanna Brown – We Run The Night
I love the stage set on the second one. Katy‘s really beautiful and it looks like a dream.<3
Katy Perry – Wide Awake
Third one’s a tad sappy but I love it.
David Archuleta – Forevermore
Fourth one is a song I really like for a while…so I know it’s a few years old, but it’s still good.
Vanessa Carlton – Ordinary Day
And finally, this one is one of my all time favorite Norah Jones‘ songs. And I am sure I am not the only one.
Love your choices. From upbeat to romance to something that makes us smile and appreciate life. Thanks.
Thanks island traveler. Have a great day. 🙂

Love the music and videos! I’m all about music to ease into the weekend come Thursday and Friday. I agree that stage for the Katy Perry performance is amazing. Great song too. I also love Norah Jones what a talent she is! 🙂
It’s totally fun to ease days ahead. Thanks for liking my picks and wishing you and slash a lovely day.

Me too. Sad though. I wonder why sad songs always have a bit more impact. Thanks CCU! 🙂
