I can’t believe I haven’t posted about this until now, but we love, love, love the coconut macaroons here. This is the largest coconut macaroons I have ever seen. See the little guy trying to scale it? Incredible! 🙂

  1. Oh chocolate covered anything is definitely delicious. And these macaroons look great. And I LOVE the Lego man that accompanied the chocolate lol

    • Lol, so true! Chocolate everything please! 🙂 That Lego man is a flashlight and it actually belongs to a friend I was with that day. We used the little guy to show the scale of the macaroon. And just decided to leave him there for the picture. He’s too cute! 🙂

  3. I agree with Kay, anything covered in chocolate tastes amazing…..except chocolate covered ants! lol The little lego man is adorable, plus it gives you an idea of how large the macroon is! No calories in this dessert! lol
