Did you ever have a day where you are totally obsessed about one type of food and no matter how tempting the other food choices are around you, you just want one type, and one type of food only?
Rigatoni Bolognese w/ Sweet Sausage
I recently had that type of day and came to Pasta Moto to satisfy my craving for pasta. Although this place is located inside the SF Centre, they are anything but run-of-the-mill mall food. The pasta I had in the picture below above is Rigatoni Bolognese. It was deliciously tomato-y and flavorful with the add-on of sweet sausage. Best of all, it was cooked to order.
I ate with relish and then walked away satisfied.
