As the weather gets nicer, I hope you get a chance to go out and enjoy it.

I constantly have to remind myself that while it’s great to sit and blog away, read someone else’s blog, or just watch television, I am only getting the view from the outside looking into the inside.  A view that may be obscured, or limited.  But if I go out, I experience being in the moment…

I am not trying to be deep, but I have pondered about lots of things as of late which is another reason this blog got started.  A creative outlet of sorts to write about anything that isn’t so work-related…

Having made a goal to be healthier this year, my friend Nia and I went to this Japanese Garden in San Mateo a few weeks ago to unwind and contemplate because we were both stressed out and needed to spend some time away from the norm.  And just to have some girl friend time together.  Even though we haven’t seen each other for a while, when we are together, we are always silly and happy.  Sure we talk about serious stuff– (work, home, kids, school etc) but it’s as if the years reverse, and we are kids again…traversing across time, happy, and content to be together. And it doesn’t hurt that she loves to eat too.  Did you read the sushi post, we ate all that. 😛
