I am not a sandwich person.  My idea of good dining does not involve a lot of bread, yet I am hooked on Vietnamese sandwiches.  I think these are the only sandwiches I truly enjoy because of the crunchy french baguette, the combination meats and pickled vegetables, and the distinctive sauces that truly balance the sandwich and satisfy one’s palate.

While Little Vietnam Cafe is a hole-in-the-wall (literally because they have 3 seats), they do a bang up job of creating some of the most tastiest Vietnamese street food around.

We shared this sandwich and yes, we were both satisfied. Yum.
