A few snaps from Portlandia

Here are some snaps from our recent trip to Portlandia.

We looked all over for this Portland Old Town sign. And we found it. Yay!

We also found the gate to Chinatown… Kinda empty inside, but the gate was lovely to photograph.

And we went to Lan Su Garden. An oasis within this city. I love photographing inside this garden. More pictures from here on my next post…maybe. :)

“Lan Su Chinese Garden is one of Portland’s greatest treasures and most interesting sites to see while visiting Portland. A result of a collaboration between the cities of Portland and Suzhou, our sister city in China’s Jiangsu province that’s famous for its beautiful Ming Dynasty gardens, Lan Su was built by Chinese artisans from our Suzhou and is the most authentic Chinese garden outside of China.” –excerpted from the Lan Su website
